Use Your Gift

With May comes new beginnings. And, we couldn’t be happier to start off our new beginning with a new website and blog. To briefly share our hopes…

We pray that the Use Your Gift blog reminds our readers of that little spark in their soul that calls us to serve the Lord in unique ways. 1 Peter 4:10 says, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” With this inspiration, we will use true models of faith to dive deep into our faith within our store. We welcome you to join us. This month’s model of faith is Mary, Mother of God. 

From birth, and throughout life, we are celebrated. Whether that’s a graduation, pregnancy, wedding, or simply finishing a long day of work, we are celebrated. And, nine times out of ten, one of the very first to recognize your achievements is a mother. The woman in your life who has a natural instinct and desire to love beyond measure, care without recognition, and kneel in prayer when times are rough. No matter who that mother is, a mother heals with hope. 

Mary, Mother of God, is a comforting friend with endless love and an ear open for prayers. With Mary’s wisdom, power, and mercy, we always have a mother to love beyond measure,care without recognition, and kneel in prayer. 

We are called to model Mary’s caring hands by serving others in a humble manner, but also recognizing those new beginnings and celebrating LIFE. By celebrating life we are able to enjoy the graces bestowed on us. Graces meant to fill our hearts with hopes of greater joys in the Heavenly Kingdom. So, why not help someone celebrate? Encourage a friend to see their victories. Afterall, we are called to celebrate and appreciate.

We pray that you help guide our hearts and intentions to fully recognize celebrations in life as they come. May these celebrations help others feel the love of your son, Jesus Christ. With your intercession guide us to lead lives of deep faith and devotion.
