Are there more products than what is online?

Yes! We have thousands of products in-store, but they are not all online... yet. Since we are new to the online shopping world, we decided to keep our online selection small. To shop our entire line of products come visit us in person or call us to shop more. 337-323-9253

No worries! If we posted an item that you are interested in (and you can't find it), you can still purchase over the phone. We don't have our entire inventory online, but we do offer shopping through the phone. Give us a call or send us a message 337-323-9253.

Can I customize artwork?

Yes! Depending on your design idea, Holly is always open to creating something unique. However, prices may vary depending on the piece.

Can I order online and pickup in store?

Yes! We offer FREE pickup at our home-base in Eunice, Louisiana. If Eunice seems too far, opt for shipping!

Do you offer gift wrapping/special packaging for orders that need to be shipped?

Yes and Yes! We can help make the occasion special whichever way that may be. Search "Gift Wrapping Options" and select your preference and we'll do the rest!

Why are some shipping options pricier?

Shipping cost vary depending on how fast you need your order and how heavy/fragile the products are.

How can I return an item?

You can submit a request for an online return through your customer account/order history. Once the request is submitted, we will send you the following steps to follow. Or, you can call us at 337-323-9253 for some help!

"I lost my receipt."

If you don't have a receipt, we normally keep all orders under a name and phone number in our system. Feel free to call and ask us for help finding an e-receipt for you. 337-323-9253

Are there any products that can't be shipped?
