Are there more products than what is online?

Yes! We have thousands of products in-store, but they are not all online... yet. Since we are new to the online shopping world, we decided to keep our online selection small. To shop our entire line of products come visit us in person or call us to shop more. 337-323-9253

Yes! Depending on your design idea, Holly is always open to creating something unique. However, prices may vary depending on the piece.

Can I order online and pickup in store?

Yes! We offer FREE pickup at our home-base in Eunice, Louisiana. If Eunice seems too far, opt for shipping!

Do you offer gift wrapping/special packaging for orders that need to be shipped?

Yes and Yes! We can help make the occasion special whichever way that may be. Search "Gift Wrapping Options" and select your preference and we'll do the rest!

Why are some shipping options pricier?

How can I return an item?

You can submit a request for an online return through your customer account/order history. Once the request is submitted, we will send you the following steps to follow. Or, you can call us at 337-323-9253 for some help!

If you don't have a receipt, we normally keep all orders under a name and phone number in our system. Feel free to call and ask us for help finding an e-receipt for you. 337-323-9253

To create a registry only takes minutes! You can always come in-store to begin or you can start online. Either way, your registry will update on both ends-- ensuring you get just what you need!

Online: Simply-- Make sure you are logged in, click the link at the top of your page, follow the guided steps, & make sure to submit!

We will be sending you a packet, which will include your share link, but you can always share your registry page by searching your registry & sharing the page!

To ship to a registered person, you will have to call us to confirm the address on file! We are quick to pickup & answer your call!

Can I pick up the gift & have it wrapped?

Yes! Simply, add your gift-wrapping preference to your cart & select pickup at checkout. We will do the rest!

When will my registry expire?

Registries expire 1 month after the event date tied to the registry! If you'd like to keep your registry up past that-- We can most definitely help with that! All you have to do is call us at 337-323-9253 to extend your registry date! As always, no charge is incurred! Registries are completely free!
