Return & Refund Policy

Holly’s Hobbies values customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of every product. The following policy sets clear guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns & Exchanges: Period and Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase and are issued as store credit only.
  
  

• To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or online order confirmation containing the order number).
  
  

2. Store Credit

• Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a physical or digital gift card, redeemable in-store or online.
  
  

• Store credit does not expire.
  
  

3. Refunds 

• Refunds are NOT standard practice. Refunds will be sent as store credit, unless otherwise approved.
  
  

• A refund may be granted only in exceptional circumstances, such as when merchandise arrives damaged or defective due to our error, or in other situations where we determine that a refund is warranted.
  
  

• All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Holly’s Hobbies reserves the right to make the final decision.
  
  

• Customers must contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after purchase to request a refund review.
  
  

4. Holiday and Gift Extensions

• Christmas Purchases: Ronaldo items purchased as Christmas gifts may be returned or exchanged for store credit until January 14 of the following year.
  Example: A Ronaldo gift purchased in November 2025 is eligible for return or exchange until January 14, 2026.
  
  

• Early Gift Purchases (e.g., weddings, showers): If a Ronaldo gift is purchased more than 14 days before the planned gifting date, customers should notify us at the time of purchase or include a note in their online order. We will document the extended return window on the order.
  
  

• Scope of Extensions: Gift extensions apply to Ronaldo items. Other products may qualify only on a case-by-case basis and must receive prior approval.
  
  

• Custom Orders: Custom-order Ronaldo items, including custom sizes and birthstone designs, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
  

5. Final Sale Items

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  
  

• This includes sale items, custom orders, special markdowns, and certain one-of-a-kind Redefined Collection pieces.
  
  

6. Additional Conditions

• Items returned without intact tags or valid proof of purchase will not be accepted.
  
  

Holly’s Hobbies reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet the above conditions.
