Return & Refund Policy
Holly’s Hobbies values customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of every product. The following policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns & Exchanges: Period and Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase and are issued as store credit only.
To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

With all original tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or online order confirmation)
2. Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card only.

Digital gift cards may be used in-store or online

Store credit does not expire
3. Refunds
Refunds are NOT standard practice.
When approved, refunds are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise determined by Holly’s Hobbies.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Merchandise arriving damaged

Defective items

Store error
All refund requests are evaluated case by case, and Holly’s Hobbies reserves the right to make the final decision.
Customers must contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after purchase to request a refund review.
4. Holiday & Gift Extensions (Ronaldo Jewelry Only)
Christmas Purchases:
Ronaldo items purchased as Christmas gifts may be returned or exchanged for store credit through January 14 of the following year.
Example: A Ronaldo gift purchased in November 2025 is eligible for return or exchange until January 14, 2026.
Early Gift Purchases (Weddings, Showers):
If a Ronaldo gift is purchased more than 14 days before the gifting date, customers must notify us at the time of purchase or include a note with their online order. Approved extensions will be documented on the order.
Scope of Extensions:
Gift extensions apply to Ronaldo jewelry only. Other items may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
Custom Orders:
Custom-order Ronaldo items, including custom sizes and birthstone designs, are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
5. Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This includes:

Any item marked 40% off or more

Sale or clearance items
-
Special markdowns
-
Custom orders
- All retired Ronaldo are final sale & non-exchangeable & non-refundable.

6. Additional Conditions
Items returned without intact tags or valid proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Holly’s Hobbies reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
