Shipping Policy
At Holly’s Hobbies, we want every order to arrive promptly and in perfect condition. The following policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship throughout the United States via USPS and UPS.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, fragileness, destination, and selected service.

Free in-store pickup is available at 235 W Walnut Ave, Eunice, LA during our regular hours (Mon–Fri 10–5, Sat 10–2). Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed when your package leaves our store.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Call us if you do not receive a tracking number.
5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require payment of new shipping charges to resend.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted by USPS or UPS, it is under the carrier’s responsibility.

If a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with filing a claim and guide you on next steps. Holly’s Hobbies is not automatically liable for carrier-related damages or losses and reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Items listed as pre-order or backorder will ship as soon as they become available.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship items separately at our discretion.
